Citrus Scooter

Remember when Michael J. Fox ripped the box off the old scooter to make a skateboard in Back to the Future? We have re-created the classic orange-crate scooter that was so popular in the 1940s and 1950s. We've made our scooter stronger than the original, with a solid birch deck, a sturdy pine box and a hand-carved willow handle. And, we've used skateboard trucks instead of your little sister's roller skate wheels. The scooter is decorated with vintage artwork, and we recommend you add tin cans for lights and bottle caps for decoration. We use only stainless-steel bolts, and coat all surfaces with a lead-free marine-grade finish. The finish is lead-free.
